    Atmosphere: medium no issue getting a seat at dinner time.

    customer service: super friendly with lots of smiles and food was brought out in a timely manner.

    price: market value.

    food: I was recommended this place as good Vietnamese food and I will admit that i was impressed with all the shared dishes that were presented and it was up there.

    Absolutely love this place! Authentic Vietnamese food with amazing friendly service. I highly recommend the house special noodle or the chicken rice hot pot.

    Everything we were looking for in Vietnamese. I've been searching all over Vancouver and this has been the best!
    Really amazing service too that made me so happy to spend my money here and we'll keep coming back.

    The few times I've been here, the food has been consistently good. They have a lot of vegetarian options, which is great. I love their veggie banh mi -- they always toast the baguette well. What more, the owners are super friendly! They also allowed me to take a veggie banh mi to go in my own container -- zero-waste win!

    Their spring rolls are a bit pricey compared to other restaurants. But you can always get one with the nicely-priced value meal combos. Great-tasting rice plates and friendly service. Some comments meant as compliments from the "Pop" of this "Mom n' Pop" may be slightly outdated but he means well.
